Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of research initiatives using various methods to generate actionable insights
• Synthesize data and align stakeholders on customer understanding to influence product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor non-researchers in customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of practical experience in UX or applied research, with at least 3 years on a large-scale technology product
• A relevant degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research using multiple qualitative and quantitative methods
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
• Familiarity with common research and collaboration tools, including GSuite
