Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that shape product strategy and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UX research projects from kickoff through insight delivery for multiple product teams
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and produce executive-ready deliverables
• Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance research practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate setting
• Proficiency with remote research tools and experience in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and ecommerce experiences
• Ecommerce experience required; retail, fashion, or beauty brand experience preferred
