Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design arc from research to handoff-ready wireframes and prototypes
• Frame problems and establish key questions and success measures before product work begins
• Plan and conduct user research, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations clearly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX research, cognitive science, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX research, product analysis, or a related field
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools across the research and design workflow
• A portfolio showcasing both research synthesis and design work
