Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable research insights
• Develop and execute research roadmaps independently and collaboratively
• Lead both quantitative and qualitative research studies throughout the product development lifecycle

Key Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a product or user research setting
• Strong research skills in design, study management, and participant recruitment
• Experience with online research tools and familiarity with prototyping and design tools
• Experience with AI-enabled or AI-assisted research processes
