Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Driving optimization for KFC's Atlas web and mobile app experience, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion and customer retention in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing on live experiences and prototypes to evaluate key user journeys
• Identify friction points and develop optimization hypotheses based on user research and data analysis
• Plan and execute usability testing for new markets to ensure local user expectations are met

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in UX research, CRO, or digital product optimization
• Strong expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability testing and interviews
• Experience working with quantitative data and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adobe)
• Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, and Figma for prototypes
• Experience researching web and mobile applications across multiple markets or global products
