Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To drive user-centered design initiatives, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will conduct research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and synthesize findings to enhance product features and service experiences, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX Design, Product Management, and other teams to gather requirements and understand organizational goals
• Create research plans and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to optimize user experiences and inform product strategies
• Synthesize research findings into strategic narratives that align user needs with enterprise goals and influence design processes

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience performing user research in a professional services environment
• Proficiency with research and design tools such as Dovetail, User Interviews, and Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience-led research, particularly in the health services vertical
• Ability to design and lead research initiatives that guide long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights for high-level decision-making
