Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior UX Researcher will run UX research across Tether's diverse product portfolio, identifying best practices and translating findings into actionable insights to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct UX research for consumer and developer products, including Keet and Tether Wallet
• Identify UX best practices and analyze competitor solutions to inform product design
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations for product teams across all stages of the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience with consumer and/or developer products
• Strong command of qualitative research methods and familiarity with quantitative methods
• Working knowledge of crypto wallets, AI applications, or developer tooling
• Experience in environments where trust, privacy, and security impact user experience
• Mandatory AI fluency for enhancing research processes and documentation
