Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a remote, out-of-region team, the contract Senior UX Researcher will lead comprehensive quantitative research studies, conduct data analysis, and synthesize insights to inform product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive quantitative research studies from start to finish, including survey design and deployment
• Conduct data analysis using statistical methods such as regression and correlation
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate research findings effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience managing entire survey research processes, including questionnaire development and statistical analysis
• Proficiency with R or other statistical software
• Skillful in using survey programming platforms like Qualtrics or Alchemer
• Strong SQL/database querying experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology, sociology, HCI, marketing, or related field
