Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Orchestrating and executing research activities, the contract Senior UX Researcher will work remotely to understand employee needs through qualitative and quantitative methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute comprehensive research studies across web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, integrating research insights into both product definition and design stages
• Develop and present compelling presentations, charts, and visuals to communicate research findings

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in web-based and mobile app development environments
• Educational background or significant experience in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experienced in a variety of research methodologies with a focus on qualitative research
• Proven ability to distill complex concepts into understandable formats
• Capability to work independently with a positive, proactive attitude
