Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Focused on understanding customer needs, the full-time remote Senior UX Researcher will conduct structured discovery conversations, create opportunity maps, and collaborate with product teams to shape strategic direction based on customer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Run 2-4 structured customer discovery conversations weekly across various persona groups to capture customer language and insights
• Build and maintain live opportunity maps that inform product direction and enterprise adoption based on real-time customer feedback
• Collaborate with Outcome DRIs to translate research findings into actionable direction briefs for product investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product research, UX research, or customer discovery within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Proven ability to synthesize insights across multiple personas into actionable opportunity maps
• Experience working directly with strategic product managers to translate research findings into product direction
• Strong async written communication skills for clearly conveying research outputs to diverse teams
• Disciplined approach to maintaining the boundary between customer insights and narrative interpretation
