Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior UX Researcher, the remote position will lead end-to-end research initiatives, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user-centered digital experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research aligned with product and business goals using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and deliver compelling reports and presentations to drive decision-making
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to embed insights across the product lifecycle and influence decisions through storytelling

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX research or a related discipline
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research and measurable impact on product decisions
• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Proficiency with research and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figjam
