Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support the development of an industry-defining Foundation Model for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), the full-time Senior UX Researcher will design and conduct user research, evaluate AI model behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies across the full product lifecycle, focusing on post-release validation
• Evaluate AI model outputs against user experience goals and develop measurement protocols for live features
• Deliver insights to various stakeholders and lead workshops to translate customer findings into product direction

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
• 5+ years of user research experience in a product or design organization
• Proficiency in Miro, Dovetail, Qualtrics, and analytics software
• Experience studying AI tools or developing AI models, with a focus on evaluating model behavior
• Familiarity with AEC workflows and tools like AutoCAD or Revit is a strong plus
