Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To shape the future of a leading direct-to-consumer streaming product, the hybrid contract Senior UX Researcher will design and lead impactful studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate product decisions and enhance subscriber experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with cross-functional partners to identify research needs and select appropriate methodologies
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle, utilizing various research methods
• Analyze research data to deliver actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer product research or insights for subscription and/or mobile products
• Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, combining consumer research insights with behavioral data
• Demonstrated success in using data and insights to influence business decisions
• Passion for entertainment and media, with curiosity about culture and trends related to products and user experiences (preferred)
