Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To define the future of a leading direct-to-consumer streaming product, the hybrid contract Senior UX Researcher will design and lead impactful studies across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate product decisions and shape foundational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with cross-functional partners to identify research needs and select appropriate methodologies
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, utilizing various research methods across the product lifecycle
• Analyze research data and synthesize insights to deliver actionable recommendations for product direction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer product research or consumer insights for subscription and/or mobile products
• Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, combining consumer research insights with behavioral data
• Proven ability to synthesize insights and deliver clear recommendations
• Passion for entertainment and media, with curiosity about culture and trends related to user experiences
