Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support research initiatives for third-party sellers and business users, the remote contract Senior UX Researcher will independently manage end-to-end research projects, including planning, execution, and sharing actionable insights with product managers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive UX research processes, including study design, moderation, analysis, and reporting
• Conduct both moderated and unmoderated qualitative research, including usability tests and focus groups
• Translate stakeholder inquiries into clear research objectives and identify usability issues and product opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in independently leading UX research projects from start to finish
• Strong skills in qualitative moderation, analysis, and synthesis
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methodologies
• Ability to conduct research efficiently while ensuring methodological integrity
• Experience collaborating with product managers and designers on research initiatives
