Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To enhance the patient journey in mental healthcare, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will lead research initiatives focused on understanding patient experiences, from initial discovery to booking and attending sessions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end research to identify patient needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Marketing, to ensure research informs product decisions and improves patient experiences
• Frame ambiguous product questions into clear research plans and deliver high-quality findings that influence strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of UX Research experience with a strong background in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead a research program and influence product decisions
• Experience in researching and improving critical product journeys, such as acquisition and conversion
• Proven methodological rigor with the ability to adapt research plans based on evolving evidence
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex findings into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
