Senior UX Researcher
Job Summary
Leading complex UX research initiatives, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will conduct qualitative research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights to enhance customer experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently scope, design, execute, and deliver end-to-end UX research projects
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other qualitative research methodologies
- Analyze user behaviors and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, including leading research initiatives
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Expertise in qualitative research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
