Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Representing customer needs throughout the product and design lifecycle, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will engage with clients to gather insights, apply research techniques, and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to define and synthesize user types, use cases, and UX opportunities
• Apply appropriate research techniques for specific project needs and validate design direction through usability testing
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and communicate findings through various artifacts

Required qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Solid experience in customer-centered research techniques for product definition and design
• Understanding of planning and executing research studies, including data collection methods
• A portfolio showcasing research that led to significant insights or improved user experiences
• 5+ years of experience conducting customer-centered research preferred
