Senior UX Researcher
Job Summary
Experienced UX researchers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior UX Researcher, responsible for leading research strategies, influencing product direction, and enhancing the quality of UX research across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute research strategies for complex product and customer challenges
- Embed research throughout the product development lifecycle to influence strategy and design decisions

Required qualifications
- Six or more years of professional experience in UX research or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading research for complex products and workflows
- Strong qualitative research skills, including usability testing and contextual inquiry
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
