Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead research studies to understand user needs and product effectiveness
• Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to set research goals and assumptions
• Deliver insights throughout product development process and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years' experience in user research
• Degree in psychology, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or related field
• Proficient in research methodologies, facilitation techniques, and data analysis
• Experience working with product design teams and communicating ideas clearly
• Understanding of human factors, cognitive, behavioral science or related field
