Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, UX Strategy & Design Ops (Agentic AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect user experience for autonomous agents and define delegation workflows
• Scale the "Builder Pair" model by partnering with Engineering leadership for collaborative design and development
• Implement AI-augmented research and design tools to enhance design processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in design, with a focus on AI-native interfaces
• Ability to translate design concepts into business risks and revenue growth for stakeholders
• Understanding of the constraints of large language models and autonomous workflows
• Experience in building design operations and cross-functional collaboration systems
• Expertise in frameworks like JTBD and HMW for enhancing user experience
