Senior UX/UI Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior UX/UI Consultant will lead end-to-end product design, conduct user research, and facilitate client workshops while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design stream on client engagements from discovery and UX architecture to high fidelity UI design and prototyping
• Conduct user research and usability testing to translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, leading co-creation sessions and design sprints

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on product design experience (UX/UI) in a digital product environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full product design lifecycle, including user flows and design systems
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience in leading workshops and discovery sessions to foster alignment and creative problem-solving
• Deep expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and modern prototyping tools
