Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape user-centered digital experiences through research, design, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and analyze findings for improvement opportunities
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring alignment with project goals and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure effective design implementation and provide design guidance throughout the development process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into designs
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
