Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design initiatives across their product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategy across product design and deliver quick iterations and design recommendations
Conduct customer research, user testing, and develop design deliverables such as personas and prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects while mentoring UX/UI Analysts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
Experience with design tools, particularly Figma
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Startup experience is preferred
