Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design solutions that enhance global work experiences
• Drive user experiences from conceptualization to delivery, based on comprehensive user needs and design principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion design approaches, integrate feedback, and contribute insights

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools for high-fidelity design solutions
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in user experience design, particularly within corporate, software, web, or agency contexts
• A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design projects
• Experience with user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
• Ability to grow leadership through coaching and mentoring team members
