Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage UX work, focusing on information architecture, user flow design, and interaction design
• Lead design efforts across multiple products to align with the holistic School strategy and vision
• Collaborate with the UX Research team to translate user needs, metrics, and business goals into tangible experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years' work experience in product development, user experience design, or product design
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, Human Centered Design, or a related field; MFA or advanced degree is a plus
• Demonstrated success leading design efforts across multiple products
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and knowledge of other prototyping software
• Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility guidelines
