Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to work remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design requirements
• Lead solution design through all phases of product development, creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and validate designs with users

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with post-secondary education preferred
• Experience working within an Agile SCRUM team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating valuable and meaningful user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Experience in user research methodologies and healthcare design is a plus
