Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience
• Collaborate across disciplines to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
