Job Summary

Senior UX/UI Designer, this remote contract position involves leading user-centered digital design projects within a pharmacy benefits management ecosystem, focusing on user research, interaction, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive digital designs including research, wireframes, and visual prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design solutions align with business goals
• Advocate for user-centered methodologies and facilitate workshops to gather insights and align stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a UX or UI designer with a strong portfolio
• At least 2 years of expertise in user research, interaction design, or visual design
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile and lean product development environments
• Proven ability to work independently with stakeholders on enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with responsive interfaces using HTML/CSS
