Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process for client websites, the full-time remote Senior UX/UI Designer will manage end-to-end design from information architecture to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring high standards in Figma and crafting engaging user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end for client websites, including wireframes, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes
• Set the standard for Figma craft by building organized files, component libraries, and design systems
• Prototype, present, and iterate on designs based on client feedback, focusing on accessibility and clear developer handoff

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system maintenance
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI craft, interaction design, and information architecture
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with comfort in sourcing imagery using AI tools
