Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Supporting a digital experience design team, the freelance Senior UX/UI Designer will design and develop holistic digital experiences across channels, advocate for user needs, and collaborate closely with product managers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce end-to-end digital experiences across various channels
• Advocate for users and partner with product managers to strategically solve complex problems
• Create design artifacts such as flows, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate user experiences

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for digital web and mobile products
• Proactive and organized approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in telecommunications or a related large-scale consumer service industry is ideal
