Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Leading the creation and stewardship of a unified design language, the full-time Senior UX/UI Designer will develop a scalable design system, collaborate with product designers and engineering teams, and advocate for design system adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and evolution of the design system, including components and usage standards
• Build and maintain a scalable token architecture that ensures consistency between design and front-end implementation
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to validate new patterns and ensure accessibility compliance

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a design systems role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and interactive prototyping
• Strong understanding of front-end implementation constraints, including HTML and CSS
• Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Experience establishing governance processes for design systems, including versioning and contribution guidelines
