Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
Leading user experience and interface design efforts, the full-time Senior UX/UI Product Designer will work remotely to modernize a large-scale Salesforce-based service for a state motor vehicles agency, focusing on creating consistent user interface patterns and establishing design system standards.
Key responsibilities
- Designs user interface and user experience solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Normalizes existing transaction flows into consistent, reusable user interface patterns
- Conducts user research and translates findings into design decisions while ensuring accessibility compliance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Experience normalizing approximately 200 flows into consistent user interface patterns on a completed project
- Demonstrated ability to create and govern a design system used by multiple development teams
- Working knowledge of digital accessibility standards in interface design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
