Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic Digital Technology Experience Design team, the full-time Senior UX/UI Designer will create polished, demonstration-quality experience flows and collaborate on broader design initiatives, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality experience flows for defined Digital Technology Intelligent Operations scenarios
- Contribute to workflow design, concept visualization, and experience documentation as priorities evolve
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design work aligns with user and business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and AI prototyping tools
- Experience producing high-fidelity, presentation-ready design output
- Ability to work independently from ambiguous briefs and manage workflow effectively
