Senior UX UI Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Senior UX UI Designer will mentor other designers, create visual direction for projects, and develop design systems while advocating for user-centered design and collaborating with cross-functional teams during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor UI Designers and lead design reviews, providing constructive feedback
- Create user-centered designs, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while ensuring accessibility and usability standards
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to present design concepts and address issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of advanced design concepts
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Knowledge of web design best practices and WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Experience in client communication and presenting design methodologies
