Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
Leading the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior UX/UI Designer will work remotely to manage multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience
- Collaborate across disciplines including product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field AND four (4) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
