Senior UX/UI Developer
Job Summary
Leading multiple client engagements within the Life Insurance and Annuity domain, the full-time Senior UX/UI Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions, conduct design reviews, and provide technical leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support client engagements, ensuring effective technical solutions are designed and implemented
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and participate in project planning and solution architecture discussions
- Drive code quality through reviews and best practices while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in development and support projects involving Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, DB2/SQL, C#, and .NET
- Strong understanding of Policy Administration System architecture and design principles
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with SQL databases
- Experience managing technical delivery across distributed teams and directly with clients
- BS/BA/MBA/MS degree or equivalent in Technology or Computer Applications
