Senior Valuation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform portfolio and business valuations for VC/PE funds, adhering to AICPA standards
• Lead client engagements, managing data gathering, project timelines, and audit support
• Assist in onboarding new clients and enhance proprietary valuation models and software

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with ASC 820
• Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Post-graduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• CPA, CFA, or another relevant designation is a plus
