Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform portfolio and business valuations for VC/PE funds, adhering to AICPA standards
Lead client engagements, managing data gathering, project timelines, and audit support
Assist in onboarding new clients and enhance proprietary valuation models and software

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience with ASC 820
Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Post-graduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
CPA, CFA, or another relevant designation is a plus
