Senior Valuation Consultant

Job Summary

Reviewing and approving enterprise evaluations for leveraged loans, the remote Senior Valuation Consultant will advise on valuation procedures, mentor staff, and enhance process efficiency while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and approves enterprise evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate valuation reports
• Develops and maintains enterprise valuation procedures and tools, serving as a subject matter expert to leadership
• Monitors emerging valuation topics and maintains knowledge of legislative and regulatory guidance related to enterprise valuation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance, financial modeling, accounting, or business analysis, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred advanced degree in a related field
• Experience in loan valuation within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or valuation consulting
• Ability to create and interpret financial models
