Senior Value Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Value Architect to drive data-to-value initiatives for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to map customer objectives to measurable KPIs and establish baseline measurement plans
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights and recommend actions for improving outcomes
• Create executive-ready deliverables and standardize insights for scalability across customer success operations

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Value Consulting, Customer Outcomes, or related fields
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and SQL preferred
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
• Strong business acumen in KPI design and ROI fundamentals
• Experience with Customer Success tools and familiarity with SaaS post-sale motions is a plus
