Job Summary
To support value-based care initiatives, the full-time Senior Value-Based Care Analyst will design, develop, and deliver advanced analytics and reporting while working remotely to improve patient outcomes and drive strategic decisions across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver analytics, reporting, and actionable insights to support current and future value-based care programs
- Analyze healthcare claims and operational data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or Statistics
- 4-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
- 2+ years of experience with value-based care programs or managed care organizations
- Experience analyzing healthcare claims and clinical data
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools like Power BI
