Senior Value Based Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Value Based Care (VBC) Manager in Washington or California.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize value-based care programs and initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on patient attribution and its implications in value-based care contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance provider-facing tools and manage complex needs across markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care
• Knowledge of care center workflows and EMR systems (Athena and Epic preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of value-based care concepts and project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation development tools
