Senior Value Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Value Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging the company's solutions to achieve customer business outcomes
• Collaborate with various teams to create and execute customer account strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Build and execute tailored customer success plans and conduct training programs to drive user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies or tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large data sets in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in process intelligence, task mining, or automation is a bonus
