Senior Value Stream Manager

Job Summary

Owning one full value stream or two adjacent streams, the full-time Senior Value Stream Manager will define the vision and roadmap, build reusable workflows, and drive discovery and experimentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the value stream based on customer input and pain points
• Build reusable, scalable capabilities and establish standards for reuse across teams
• Own discovery, prioritization, and experimentation to improve customer experience and workflow economics

Required qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in product management or related roles, with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or equivalent experience
• Full understanding of the assigned value stream's business capabilities and customer outcomes
• Strong record of shipping products that improve customer outcomes and business metrics
• Proven ability to translate voice-of-the-customer input into prioritized roadmap decisions
• Excellent skills in product discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
