Senior Varicent Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Varicent Developer to join their Automation Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement incentive compensation solutions using the Varicent ICM platform
- Develop and customize incentive compensation models and reports, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM platform
- Experience in designing and deploying incentive compensation solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs for system integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and understanding of ETL processes
