Senior VB.Net Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior VB.Net Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain core systems for policy administration, claims administration, and billing
- Develop and manage interfaces connecting core systems to external platforms, ensuring data flow and performance
- Maintain core system databases, manage configurations, and support reinsurance processing systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of ten years of experience as a software programmer, preferably in the insurance industry
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages including VB.NET, HTML5, C#, SQL, and JSON
- Experience in developing APIs to connect systems
- Knowledge of system frameworks
