Senior Veeva CRM Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders, the remote Senior Veeva CRM Business Analyst will design scalable CRM solutions and deliver successful Veeva CRM implementations for life sciences companies while managing requirements gathering and supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals and challenges, leading requirements gathering workshops
• Design future-state business processes and create project documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications
• Analyze business data and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while managing scope and prioritizing requirements with Project Managers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise software implementations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales and Medical Operations
• Experience facilitating workshops and documenting requirements directly with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
