Senior Vendor Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic vendor relationships, the full-time Senior Vendor Governance Analyst will provide performance analytics, track vendor performance, and assist in governance operations while working in a hybrid environment based in Madison, WI or Waverly, IA.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends and risks while maintaining dashboards for leadership reviews
• Support governance operations, including quarterly business reviews and tracking vendor commitments and remediation actions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with governance standards and facilitate effective communication

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, or analytics
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and vendor risk management tools preferred
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
