Senior Vendor Governance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Strategic Vendor Governance office, the full-time Senior Vendor Governance Analyst will provide performance analytics and operational support for strategic vendor relationships, focusing on tracking vendor performance and ensuring governance processes are executed effectively in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends and risks while maintaining dashboards for leadership reviews
- Support governance operations including quarterly business reviews and prepare executive materials summarizing vendor performance and financial impacts
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely information flow and compliance with governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, or analytics
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and vendor risk management tools preferred
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
