Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Vendor Integration Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors
• Develop vendor performance scorecards to track success and platform impact
• Coordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Vendor Management, with ideally 3+ years in a high-growth SaaS company
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with competing priorities
• Highly organized with the ability to structure workflows and manage high-volume vendor portfolios
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet)
• Experience developing and documenting standardized operational practices for vendor lifecycle management
